 Recently my parents acquired a Lord Elgin size 12 , 21 jewel, with 14 carat case and dusk cover.
serial number 24999143
1921 with inscription on the dusk cover as follows:
Presented to John Baxter by the President and Director of Elgin National Watch Company.
In commemoration of his 50 years faithful service with the corporation.
Our question is if you could shed any further light on this watch and the person it was presented to. Any help would be appreciated.
