Subject: Repairs to an Elgin Pocketwatch

 I have an old pocketwatch which is a family piece and I am interested in having it restored. I discussed this with a watchmaker in Zurich yesterday and after a quick examination, he determined that the balance staff is broken. The Serial # on the movement is 27024745. I would like to have the watch repaired here in Switzerland- do I require more information in order to locate the correct part? Many thanks for any help.
