 I have orginial artwork on 4 wristwatches from I believe the Elgin Watch company. The artwork is signed REGAN '40. My great grandfather worked for Elgin during that period as Superintendent with the Elgin American Watch Company of Elgin. Does anyone have any information on REGAN '40? Was REGAN a designer? I would also like to buy these watches and make a display case for each watch with the artwork.
