Subject: Elgin Serial #832 Is date really accurate?

 Hi there. I have come across an Elgin Ladies watch, the movement is marked "832 Adj'd Elgin USA 19 Jewels" Though, this does not match the number of jewels stated in the database as being manufactured this year. I would like to get an accurate date on this if possible.
