 Hi there,
I live in the UK and I've recently come into possession of a Elgin un-issued A-11 watch. The watch is fully working in almost perfect condition with no scratches marks etc, unfortunately although the olive drab strap was still attached and looked new and un-worn, when I tried it on and tried to fasten it, the strap just perished and tore, presumably with age. I'd like to know if I could obtain another strap preferably a similar olive drab/khaki one to accompany the watch; the width of the strap is approx 16mm. I'd also like to know a little about the watch if possible - the details on the back of the case are as follows:
