 I have gimbled marine cronometer(2&1/2"dial)in box with two lids, inner one of glass. I don't know age, but it was in use in 1920's. No visible serial # on case. How do I open to find serial #? Glass top unscrews to allow time set by lever and wind-up knob. Also has wind-up dial. Any idea of age and value?
