 Look veeeeery carefully at the dial, and make sure it's not a recently-added decal - there are lots of these out there. It would not have been typical for an entire dial to be painted with a scene, although some came from the factory that way (but the design was almost always completely within the hours chapter). Can you describe the dial any more completely?
