 Thanks John every little bit helps, and creates more questions. I've been to the web site you listed before and unfortionately none of those engravings matched. Also, from what you wrote I am assumming that the engravings were more random than personalized? My aunt is the only surviving relative on my fathers side and she too received a watch at the time of her mothers passing, so I'll have to contact her and try to sort out who they belonged to, and who's watch my mother now possesses.
