First of all I'd think you'd give serious consideration to Big Bertha's proposal. No kids, no bills, nice clean living quarters, freshly pressed clothes, 3 squares a day. All you have to do is put out a little and take a few turns at the "carpet." As for working from your place I'd need VERY high speed internet access and they'd have to be able to support a secure VPN connection through their network...it's pretty common in the U.S. but who knows what the local Canadien ISP is going to accept...oh, and I'd need tons of beer.
