After you start losing weight, you can include some great desserts in with your meal. I have the recipes for icecream, creme brulee, cheesecake, mock pumkin pie and other goodies. If you want them, I'll post the recipes.

I have been doing this diet for several months and slowly dropped weight, even though I would only stay on for a week and then stop. But since we started it this last time, I've lost 10 pounds. And when I go off this diet, I don't gain it back as easily.

I know you are going to be successful. Just hang in there. It does work. And since we both have the same medical problems, I think it will work just as well for you, as it has for me. Don't hesitate to call if you have any questions. I've got all kinds of books to check and give you an answer.

If you want more sample days, just let me know.
