Subject: Oh for pete's sake

OK..so my mother in law is coming and Bruce is working all nights right up until she comes so we have to be...as elmer fudd says....vawy vawy qwiet. That means no heavy duty housework until after 9 pm..so i figure I'll do the major vacuum, steam clean ,etc while he's picking her up in London..but NO becuase I get to spend the morning in the emergency room. Cole and Msson had a rollerblading and skateboarding accident, respectively. I took them Sunday night but they won't do xray at night unless its a MVA or you have a bone sticking out. So I get to spend Monday morning...all morning at the hospital. The hospital is completely on the other side of town and I have no vehicle, so I borrow the neighbors but it has to be back by noon...we get xrayed at 9 and see a doctor at 11:30 who can't tell from the x rays if its broken so he orders MORE..which we can't stay for as I have to get neighbors car back. Cole leaves for camp with family friend and dr calls whining I didn't stay around for another 3 hours....anyway...both boys broke bones...cole's depending on which doctor you speak to either must be casted or doesn't need to be..its his left hand. Masons is at the growth plate of his pinkie finger so only needs to be splinted, which they both agree on...ayi yi yi...so more xrays for cole to go and yet another opinion...gotta love living in hicksville where nobody is a specialist and orthopedic doctors don't exist. Anyway..since I spent the morning at the hospital I didn't get to steam clean and I barely got the vacuumming and cooking done...did I mention this is apparently my vacation?
