Thanks. I know they probably do this type of thing all the time but Jesse has never responded typically to any treatment he's had to date so I tend to expect the unexpected where he's concerned. I pray it goes well. It IS VERY painful, according to the ever so helpful doctor. I'm going to have to think of something for Jesse to focus on and look forward to after his surgery....he's had so many activities taken away alread due to the accident and nothing really positive to replace any of them. I think the healing process goes much better if you can remain positive so we're working on something special for him to look forward too. He has some suggestions for me. We're in the negotiating stages. First on the list is a 5 peice Sonar drumkit.....can you say HEADACHE...we're seriously considering it though, as its something he could do even if he feels like crap, and its also physical enough to burn off some steam when he feels well enough but still can't play sports.
