Apparently it was said that because the rest, from 45 onwards there is no Youko, she don't show up anymore, (i suspect this is because the rest of the stories will be about the other kingdoms)so they fear that no one will watch it, so they decided to cut it........ which! i think is a shame, because truthfully? i don't really care about what happens to Youko and Keiki now because she's aready accended the throne and is now Kei-ou so there is nothing much to tell about............. but i'm REALLY curious about 'Tai' and Taiki!!!~~ so i REALLY wanna watch the rest!! but alas, i can do nothing if they decide to cut it, i only hope that the novel will be translated to chinese or english so i can read it (perferably chinese :P)anyways, hope this answers your questions about episode 48 and such....... though i'm NOT really sure what happened, i only heard it from other people *shrug* never mind
