I don't have major references from books and magazines i just went straight to the company and called them. I couldn't do the cultural differences part because with kmarts website with bluelight making that the only website to buy products along with Australia who has a website it was hard getting information about different sizes, products etc to meet the different countries customs. So i had to switch the topic. it was kinda difficult to get info.
