Here are some hints I can give you that some people really don't see alot and some they do. GO TO 711 and get the extrem gulp. The container is huge. Now drink at least 3 of those filled with water a day. You can take it to school and work. It's the best secert. Hiding food is easy get a dog under the table (that's what I do at home) Best thing to do is tell your family that you want to eat healthy now and you personally are going to start eating earlier then dinner that way they won't watch you eat. BEST THING TELL YOUR PARENTS YOU ARE A VEGGY GIRL.No meats that takes away alot of your normal dinner your family makes you eat. Run first thing in the morning then have the biggest thing you will have all day then. That will get your body to burn fat faster all day.Running in the morning is the best time cause your body really doesn't realize how weak you are. I have some more feel free to email me.
