Nicole, the best way to lose weight is to reframe your mind to accepting that life does not exist over a certain number of calories a day. (say, for example, 1500)
It will take about 2 months to really get this habit ingrained in your life, but you can do it!
Think of it this way: Every person alive has habits. Reframe your thoughts to make your habits serve you. If you will do that, you will lose the weight!
