Subject: what about ebing bloated from PMS?

I think I might've thought myself to be so fat because of bloating and water weight gain from PMS. I fasted for three days until I gave in, not to the cravings, but because I was fatter on the third day than I was on the second and I hadn't ate anything. I ate a bowl of mixed vegetables, some special K, and a fruit smoothie. Then I got my period. I tend to get upset about how fat I look a lot of times around my period and I get scared and go anorexic. I just want to advise yall to make sure you arent just bloated, and dont starve yourself if you arent sure it is really fat. Plus doing a lot more excercise will allow for you to eat more. bc certain excercises really burn off fat great. Anyways I love yall. Stay dedicated, but stay safe, and dont get too excessive. Try throwing in a healthy meal every once and a while and some more excercises and you'll be losing weight in no time. I'll do the same. LUv yall! ~Katie
