Subject: i need some advice

i love running. it helps me forget about eatng and cravings and all i want when im done is water which helps suppress later cravings. i have a problem though. i hav VERY large breasts. they always hurt when i run and afterwards as well. does anyone have any advice as to what i could do to help lessen the pain, or a diffent excercise i could do with the same effect but less impact?
