Subject: Requim For a Special Lady

Yesterday 23rd of June 2009 a very special young poet died after a long battle with cancer , she had a strong faith and inspired many other poets Her Name was Sam ...All I can say is rest with the Angels and here is a poem specially for you

A Daughter of Love


the origin of Inspiration can be many things
and I know a daughter whos courage and love
Burns that special and brave flame within
So many times I have fallen down in despair
And I have forgotten love is somewhere by

Yet Sam you stand tall in adversity
The sad pain you must feel makes you stronger
Even deluded souls see you there and know
for in the darkness your smile burns for Him
He has blessed you with sweet innocence and love

I always remember the story of Job and his pain
He stood by his faith and stronger he truly became
Sam you too have that wonderful faith
and it burns inside you like a seed wanting to grow
and it does like a lamp it shines to all who listen

For you praise Jesus with all your heart and soul
and one day soon he will return to claim you and the others
I can almost see him now , his beautiful face , shining
He will gently gather you in his arms of pure compassion
Softly his voice will echo....
" Well done my true daughter, I've come to take you home"
