I Can Give It Time

An intropective view
From inside out
Colour me grey
As I was full of doubt

Suffering in silence
Feeling absurd
Upon deaf ears
Heartaches unheard

In depths of despair
Worrying again
Tried not to fret
Its becoming a strain

Lacking confidence
Getting nowhere
My tears unseen
No one else is aware

If self-esteem grows
I can give it time
Patience I found
While looking for mine
