but due to health issues and the job climate
we see you as a high risk

the board will not allow us to loan
to some one that constantly losing money
on bad crops

the price of crops are down
while the price of taking care of them
will surely rise

so we are sorry to inform you
that as of Saturday
we are repossessing the house and land

the following Saturday it will be auction
