I don't recognize where I am
I greet the same sun
The moon has no glow
Stars that don't make me smile
I feel lost!

I face the sun that no longer warms my face
Say goodnight to the same moon
Be with friends and family
Feel like a failure in my mind
I feel so unloved!

I am a woman with a need to love and be loved
Not an organ to be left to the wayside
Someone to be banished in a lost world
I am aimlessly walking this world still forgotten
Living within my flesh in a body of emptiness

I have kissed lips that have never felt the passion
Held by arms that are not embraceable
But still lonely without the one I love
It seems to be out of my reach
Out of the clutches of my hands

What I wouldn't give to feel
The warmth of his passion
The taste of his flesh on my lips
The feel of our hearts joined as one
But yet still lonely without the one I love

The day I fall into the arms of the one I wait for
Only than will I fulfill the passion of my heart
Feel the suns warmth and see the moons glow
What a wonderful gift that would be
Only than, I will become unlost!
