Something dead reaches up and grasps my throat;
If only it could have stopped there,
Yet it would not heed these pleading eyes.
Leaping instead for my mind hovering just inches away.

Ever had fear seep so deep inside you'd die to touch it?
Love leaving forever can have that same effect,
Still that is another story one or a billion can't explain;
I've tried to tell some to take a closer look at evil.

Lingering there so slowly sucking your happiness dry,
Vampire bleeding all that joy from living flowing stream.
This man looked it straight in face and said bring it on;
I'll kick your ass by simply not giving in to an S.O.B.

Is this stuff poetry, well you're damned right it is,
If it's not then you can shove literacy right up your....
Try to change my words and I'll show you an empty brain;
And truly always eternally sweetly it won't be mine.
