Underneath the bright, midday sun, he appears seemingly from nowhere, and stands beside the young man. He watched the same sight as he. Age, however it was clear that he was no younger than sixty or so, was no threat to him. He does not hunch over, nor have so many wrinkles so to speak of. He was merely used tot he west -- no matter how the years affected him. Suddenly, he breaks out into a sideways grin, and he chuckles, shaking his head. "Sadly, that's the only young woman I've seen so far," he says, eyes twinkling. "She seems nice, though." Shifting his sack across one shoulder, he extends his strong, left hand. "The name's Samuel. Samuel Amses, actually. To be frank, I like Amses better, so I'll keep it that way." He tilts his dusty hat to peer at the man's horse, "See you have a mount, and a lotta cash. A gambler, right? Very fine....I'm jus' a traveller. Got no horse, little money, and a wolf pup," He laughs. "And who do I have the honor of greeting?"
