Neil D Robertson is not a practising Psychologist and has no Psychology qualifications whatsoever.

Ask him for transcripts from the various universities he purports to have attended and his membership of any Professional Bodies.

His offer of help may be to hide scurrilous activities of which parents should be extremely careful of these days.
