This message was directed to the Bellezas Venezuelanas message board and will be posted on all beauty pageant related message boards. It is not intended to you. Please do not remove from posting. Thank you!.

To Whom It May Concern,

This is to publicly notify all parties whom elaborated, written, authorized and posted false and unethical accusations concerning the realization and which may have contributed to the final results of the Miss Meso-America International Beauty Pageant held on August the 17th in the City of Houston, State of Texas, United States of America, of the following:

1]- Some of the individuals here falsely accused of such unethical actions concerning the realization and which may have contributed to the final results of the Miss Meso-America International Pageant held on August the 17th in the City of Houston, State of Texas, United States of America have requested legal assistance/advice and inquired whether their international civil rights have been violated by the accusations here falsely posted;

2]- Some of the individuals here falsely accused of unethical actions concerning the realization and which may have contributed to the final results of the Miss Meso-America International Pageant held on August the 17th in the City of Houston, State of Texas, United States of America have contacted our law firm and requested legal assistance in order to initiate civil/criminal investigations of such person(s) whom have elaborated, written, authorized and posted such messages;

3]- We have initiated all necessary civil/criminal investigations to identify such person(s)and in due time legal and lawful procedures will be initiated to demand that such person(s) to provide verbal, written, videotaped, photographed and microfilmed evidence to substantiate such accusations; this also may include financial documents and or bank statements, bank cheques, etc.

4]- Some of the individual here falsely accused of unethical actions concerning the realization and which may have contributed to the final results of the Miss Meso-America International Pageant held on August the 17th in the City of Houston, State of Texas, United States of America have verbally and lawfully authorized Venezuelan and American law firms to initiate investigations for a possible civil and or criminal lawsuit on their behalf against the person(s) whom may have elaborated, written, authorized and posted such messages.

5]- Some of the individuals here falsely accused of unethical actions concerning the realization and which may have contributed to the final results of the Miss Meso-America International Pageant held on August the 17th in the City of Houston, State of Texas, United States of America have legally,lawfully and publicly demanded that all such false accusations and messages including photographs, pictures, cartoons and/or any other visual object to be removed from this message board within a period of 24 hours (twenty-four hours) from the the posting of this annoucement. We advise that if this request/demand is not honored within the above mentioned period of time, we will initiate civil and criminal procedures with the appropriate court jurisdiction in Caracas, Venezuela and in the City of Houston, State of Texas, United States of America. Furthermore, the accused may have legal rights to demand a public verbal and written apology in all news media, internet postings as well as appropriate financial compensation if this request/demand is not fully honored.

6]- We strongly advise the non-removal of this announcement as it will be posted on all other national and international message boards and public media displays concerning the realization, support and advertising of beauty pageants.
