Xerographic copies are also available. If you have a copy of my ADVANCED--- photos pages V and VI trace the approximent course the Scossa Bro took to find the original electrum ledge.

However, Scossa may be under claim. Several years ago there was active drilling.

I HIGHLY recommend Ferguson/York Bulletin 40. Xerographic copies are available. York is basic but good. Ferguson brilliant as to how he was a pathfinder in recognizing eastern and western geology different. He was also one of the first to recognize Taylor correctly.

This bulletin as well as others were given to me by Mr. Vic Kral back over 50 years ago.

Not to "brag," but to be informative, hope every on is subscribing to the International California Mining Journal. Over the past several years I have been writing a few freelance articles for them. I get no kickback, but if you are not a subscriber, mention my name to them and Scott will give an extra issue if you subscribe.

My freelance connection has generated a lot of e-mail activity from ICMJ subscribers. Keeps me busy and out of the Bingo parlors.

I bought my first CMJ, as it was then known back in early (Jan or Feb) 1948. I have watched the magazine develop into the leading publication for small miners/prospectors.
