Subject: X5 DD coil

Have been thinking about buying an X5 as a small gold detector but won't do so untill the proposed DD coil is released. Anyone know when it will be released?
Also, is it actually BETTER than dedicated gold machines such as GM3,4, GMT, GB 2 and Diablo Umax, Lobo etc.???
