Thanks Seeker,

Tell you the true I'm not sure if I want to tackle that large of dredge tailings. I was curious as to a method of looking at the piles. With your input and others I have some interesting data to work with and apply to the piles. All I need now is to revisit the area and overlook it with the following information. I have heard of individuals finding 1 oz nuggets in the gulch where the piles are.

Looking up information on the dredge will be winter work. But for now I'll walk around trying to apply the data.

As for bedrock I had discovered several areas with thin shaved pieces of rock, thinking that mite have been apart of the bedrock. There are several areas where the material ranges to small to large in pile that are laying in and around the main piles.

Anychase I greatly appreciate your input in the issue; I'll keep everyone up dated on the issue.
