I agree with you all. To avoid any problems I have been buying gold for my planted gold nugget hunts from mlgdave. Alluvial gold is not difficult to fake; the rough eluvial gold more of a challenge. Again, I thank Dave for his research and effort in writing the article which will appear in the next issue, April, of the ICMJ which will hit the newsstands near the end of this month.

As a reminder, Dave probably is a newsstand dealer--- or anyone else on this website--- who carries the ICMJ or sells equipment need our local support. In this spirit I'm buying a Fisher Gold Strike from the local Fisher Authorized dealer.
