Subject: Sarah Fripp Evans Graham

I have that Sarah Fripp B: Oct 18, 1752 married my ancestor Rev. William Eastwick Graham. I also have info that Rev. William Eastwick Graham married Elizabeth D. Raven. Not sure which spouse, Sarah Fripp or Elizabeth D. Raven was Catherine Grahams mother. Anyway, Rev. William Eastwick Graham had a daughter named Catherine Graham. She married Robert Brown B; 1774 Paisley, Scotland and D: Nov. 8, 1860 Charleston, S.C. They had six children: William Graham, James Maier, Robert Ewing, John Fripp, Isabella, and Martha Ann. The Rev. William Eastwick Graham was sent by Bishop of London to be Rector of Prince William Parrish in 1775. He is buried at St. Helena's Church in Beaufort, S.C. Would like to clear up who Catherine Graham's mother was (either Sarah Fripp Evans or Elizabeth D. Raven)? Maybe it was Elizabeth D. Raven but reared by his second wife Sarah Fripp Evans??? Any info would greatly be appreciated.

Catherine (Graham) Brown (1782 -1865) was the daughter of Sarah Fripp. In Sarah's father's will (dated July 1780 and proved Sept. 8, 1781), John Fripp refers to his daughter as Sarah Graham, dating her marriage to Rev. Graham before that date, also dating the death of his first wife before that time.
