My Grandmother was FLORENCE RUTH FRIPP (1879 - 1959)

I should very much like to contact the contributor for Samuel Trude FRIPP and Elizabeth Flemmons Emery FRIPP and their children please.

Hello, I am attempting to trace the Memoirs written by Samuel Trude FRIPP (B. 1891), a partial copy of which is held by the Imperial War Museum in London. Anyone know of them?

Regards,
Steve Flora, floras@netspeed.com.au

Uncle Peter, as Samuel Fripp was called, was my father's Uncle. We used to visit him and his wife Anne at their large house in Bexhill on Sea. As a child after lunch for my 'amusement' Uncle Peter would produce his autobiography tome for me to read!
When he died it was in a walnut side cabinet in the sitting room together with some wonderful early flying, black and white photo albums. These, which should i am sure have gone into national archives, went to a male relative I think on ann's side of the family. Perhaps you could find out who the Executor was for Peter's will and maybe shed some light on what happened to the material in which you are interested.
