If you have more than one character you should do it like this if not then just do it normally:

Name: Angel
Age:16
Height:5'7
Job:Ruler of the Council in the Modern Days
Apperance:Long black hair, emerald green eyes, cute.
Clothing: Black shorts, white tank top, but when she is with the council she wears a black cloak, she has an emerald necklace.
Attitude: A very short tempered girl but she has a good heart, even if she is a vamp
History: Her father was a War Lord, her mother was Faith's older sister, her mother died at her birth and her father was killed. She never got to know Faith much, but well enough to earn her trust, something very rare...

Age: Unknown, died at 17
Height: 5'8
Job: Ruler of the Medival Time Council
Apperance: Long black hair but shorter than Angel's, icy blue eyes, attractive
Clothing:Black pants, a black short sleeve top and a black cape
Attitude: A very calm girl yet she is much colder than Angel
History: Raised by a much more horrible father, Faith grew up alone as she killed her father, her mother ran away after her birth. She trusts few people and when she does it's for a good reason

That is how it's done if not then you will start over
