Anyone with 2 or more overdue BAS returns have until Friday 31 May 02 to lodge them, or face an automatic Failure To Lodge (FTL) penalty.
I suggest you get onto your outstanding BAS so you can submit them by this Friday!
Note: My understanding is that the ATO is trying to contact anyone affected prior to applying the FTL penalties. If you are in this category then you may receive some correspondence from the ATO.
