I seem to remember that Jane was cast at the last minute and was rushed in the next day or so to begin taping. I don't remember who the other actress was or if they even said. But I'm with you. No one else could have had the kind of chemistry that Jane and Joe had. I soooo wish there would be another reunion movie all these years later.
Can't get enough of a good thing.
