cemal kılbaş ismi bu defa hakkı yalçınkaya ismini kullanarak yurt ışına çıkarken yakayı ele verdi.ancak ismini kullandığı kişi DİYARBAKIR DGM HAKİMİ hakkı yalçınkaya ii.
hiçbir şikayette bulunmayan ve kendisinin ismini kullanmasına tepkisiz kalan YALÇINKAYA durumun cahilce yapılmış bir hareket olduğunu ve kendisiyle konuşarak tarafıman özür dilediğini şikayetçi olmadığını belirtti.
CEMAL KILBAŞ ise önceki yıllarda gümrük müsteşarı nı dolanırmaktan hakkına suç duyurusu vardı.
şuana kendisinin polise verdiği ifade de şirketlerinin olduğunu belirten KILBAŞ polisin araştırması sonucuna tüm şirketlerin HAKKI YALÇINKAYA ADI ALTINDA olduğu ortaya çıkınca kafalarda soru işaretleri oluştu soruşturmayı derinleştiren polis ve savcılık tutuksuz yargılanmak üzere CEMAL KILBAŞI 02/03/2007 tarihinde serbest bıraktı.
