Subject: teen monologue

I am looking for a monologue about a teenager called emma who was in love with a boy called jack. But for some strange reason he commits suicide. So she talks as if he's there, saying things like 'why did you leave me ?'. Then at the end she says im goin to make make up my own sayin now and she say's it. Then she say's something like I can't live without your love then she opens the window and jumps.
I found the monologue on the internet then lost it I need it for my drama class please
