I know how hard it is to find a reputable supplier when you are just starting out. I have lost my fair share of money on bad deals and taking chances. I will only require 50%down to secure order (NON REFUNDABLE NO EXCEPTIONS) with the balance due plus shipping before item ships.(US only) I have decided to do the orders this way for a couple reasons, one because my stock items come to me from China. Once I get the items I ship them to you. I do not use drop shippers because of past experiences.
***Once you place an order with us (All Things Designer) and down payment is received it is non-refundable at any time, even if you decide to cancel your order NO EXCEPTIONS***Balance due on all accounts must be paid in full before the order is shipped out. I will notify you by email requesting final payment and pending shipment details.
**Very Important Notice**
Once I receive notification (automatic return receipt) that you are aware of pending shipment, you will have only 30 days to pay balance due on account. If final payment is not received during this time, on the 31st day all items will be returned to stock and remain the property of All Things Designer.

I will only have a few extra available for immediate shipping. Once that supply is gone I will have to reorder a stock supply and that will delay shipping.
Refund and exchanges only available within 3 days of delivery receipt less shipping. You must notify me, I will issue a return number, you will them ship the INSURED item back to us (with everything that applies dust bag, cover etc within 10 days. I will not be responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
Upon inspection of the item (must have original tags and free from damage or alterations) a refund will be given at my discretion. Refunds/Exchanges will not be made after the 3 days.
Payment Options
Western Union Only for payment option and Non US orders but if you choose to pay in full I accept Bidpay. **No Paypal** I will be adding other payment options very soon.
Shipping times vary. In stock items 3-5 days. Out of stock items up to 14 days (I don’t expect it to take this long but I like to account for any unexpected delays.)
