Subject: viper alarm

I can not get my car started because i cannot disarm my alarm system. It is a viper alarm. The car will turn over but acts like its not getting fuel. The valet button is not working to disarm the alarm. the car only starts when the key is put in and the word alarm in the insturment cluster is not blinking. I ideas????????????????????
