2.1 Fire detectors are provided for all CLP's indepenent staircase BST-tx1,BST-tx2,CLP's TX Room 1 to TX Room 4, CLP's Fan Room & CLP's areas, E/M plant rooms, Fuel tank rooms, TBE rooms, EMR rooms, Generator Rooms, Rain Water Recovery Tooms, Master Water Meter Room, AHU Rooms, Pump Rooms, Grey Water Pump Rooms, ELV Rooms, Chiller Plants Rooms,PVU Rooms, Lift Motor Rooms, F.S.Control Rooms, entire basement areas (B1/F & B2/F) expect car parking areas, external glass canopy and in areas not covered by sprinkler installation expect services dusts and water meter cabinet.

2.2 Breakglass units and fire alarm bells are located at all hose reel points.
In addition, breakglass units are provided to all storey exits and adjacent to all staircase exits to open air on G/F or place of ultimate safety.
The manual fire alarm system to be incorporated in the FH/HR system(West Tower, East Tower, B1/F & B2/F FH/HR system will be actuated at the same time) and installed as an integral part of the fire detection system.

2.3 The main fire annunciator panels are provided at G/F F.S. Control Room at East Tower Tower 2 to receive all fire alarm signals of the entire development.

2.4 Two sets of fire annunciator repeater panels(FARP) are located at G/F ancillary office-1(For East Tower) and ancillary office-2(for Carpark) separately to repeat the fire alarm signals of B2/F, B1/F and East Tower(G/F to R/F). And two sets of FARPs were located at ancillary office-1(For West Tower) and F.S.Control Room Tower 1(West Tower) to repeat the all fire signals of the West Tower(G/F to R/F).
All fire alarm signals including fire detectors, flow switches and breakglass units for West Tower, East Tower and basement areas(B1/F & B2/F) are linked to the authorized service provider's computerized fir alarm transmission system (Chubb) by a direct telephone line which is located at G/F F.S. Control Room at East Tower, Tower 2, to Fire Services Communication Centre.

2.5 Visual alarm signals (flashing red lights) are provided and located at a prominent location inplaces which are intended to be accessible to the public.
The visual fire signals are installed in accordance with Barrier Free Access 2009 and BS 5839-1:200+A2:2008.
Visual fire alarm will not provided for office area expect the lift lobby (i.e.3/F and above).
