With a startled bugle from Merith, Irenne half turned to refocus her attention upon the two wings of Dragons that had just come out of between. Where had they come from? They would be an asset, to be sure - with the scant wing of Dragons that she had from Fort Weyr, they would never fight off all of the Thread - but maybe, with two other wings of Dragons, they could. A quick comment from Merith to the lead Bronze of the two wings asked if they would come to Fort Weyr once the Thread was defeated. To Ireene's startlement, Merith informed her that the Fall would end in just moments from now, so they resumed their efforts, Irenne pointing the flamethrower and releasing the flames at just the right moments to kill the Thread.

The Fall finally ending, Merith let out a tired rumble, picturing Fort Weyr for the two wings of Dragons, and mentally nudging her Wing of Dragons to return to Fort, also, Merith slipped between to her home Weyr.
