Thanks again Glenna! I hope I get it right. I'm not sure if I'm using high quality organza, but it's not from Walmart though. I boiled my 30 LB fishing line, the cheap kind, for a bit then I hemmed the skirt. After that I planned to stack my layers and add the waistband. I'm making a size 4-6 skirt. I have 2 half doughnut pieces that I was planning to sew at the sides, and gather at the top. Everything is going well, but it's just the hem that has me going crazy. Anyways, I'm going to try what you told me, thanks again!
