75 gram smør Fyll: 50 gram smør
3 dl melk 1/2 ts kanel
1/4 ts safran 1/2 ts støtt kardemomme
25 gram gjær 3 ss sukker
1-2 krm. salt Pensling og pynting: 1 egg, perlesukker og1 dl sukker mandelflarn.
ca 8-10 dl hvetemel
Smelt smør og ha i melk og safran. Varmes til ca 37 grader. Smuldre gjæren i en bolle og rør i litt av væsken. Rør til det har løst seg opp. Tilsett resten av væsken, salt, sukker og det meste av melet. Arbeid deigen til den blir myk og smidig.Dekk den til og la den heve i ca 30 min. Fyll: Bland mykt smør med sukker og krydder. Stekes i ovnen ved 200 grader i ca 20-30 min. på nederste rille.
