Hi Steve,

Best bet is to download the small free utility DriveCheck from our website. If you run this it should give you details about your drive and ASPI driver - a conflict on the latter is the most likely problem.

Try this and if you're still stuck email us the output file it creates in the same folder where you install the drivecheck program.
