If I become a healer, it will be because I earned the money to buy myself out of debt and pay for the training myself. I won't be in debt to anyone." His face fell. Quickly, she reassured him. "A hospital for the poor is a wonderful idea though. Do you really mean it?" Her eyes were shining in excitement and triumph. She had made a difference! In some small way, she could make the lives of her people better. The king nodded. Namün looked steadfastly into his eyes, the full realisation of what she had just done dawning in her face.
