Zan leaves the 2nd Shichifern as it strugles to clear its head, and Tackles the 3rd one for 1 point of damage. Coal and Sandshifter make their double-team attack, the force of the combined upward and downward blows dealing 6 point of damage. The 2nd flails its leaves wildly as it rises and falls, slapping the two Kawabutsu for no effect. It regains its footing and lunges at Sandshifter and Tackles him for 1 point of damage. Dumargo follows Zan's attack up with his own Tackle, dealing 2 points of damage. Dumargo seems to welcome help more than his trainer, because when teh Shichifern showed signs of placing its attack on Zan, he jumped into the frey taking half of the 2 points delt to Zan. The 4th and 5th both begin their attacks, but alas, they do not get to finish them. They are pulled into the Stones of Clair and Kiirena (respectively).

* Sandshifter now has 11 HP, 5.5 EP *
* Wild Kawabutsu 1 has fainted *
