Discomfort is plain to see on Kev's face as he endures de'Wilca's chatter. He spots Melissa and leads them to her. "Well, that didn't take long." Melissa takes in what she sees. Kev hasn't had the best of times, but de'Wilca is glowing. Yup, she's already hooked. Kev ignores the comment, and ushers de'Wilca around in front of him. "Melissa, here is the newest member of R.T." He winks a bit for her silence. "She is rank Blue, at your level and one above me. She'll be under Sean's care for now." "I'm honored to meet you, Melissa." de'Wilca smiles to her. "I hope to acheive all that I can in the Royal Trainers." Melissa's face blanches for a moment and she looks to Kev. He signals her to remain silent, so she does and de'Wilca continues, slightly less fomaly. "I hope we can be friends, Kev has told me only a little about how the lower ranks interact, I hope the rise to Leadership won't make either of us bitter." Melissa can see the seeds Kev's planted, and follows their lead. In a syrup-swwet voice she answers, "Of course we'll be friends. I never let R.T. get in the way of happieness." Not sure what else to say, Melissa stands there for a moment and then sits back down on the grass. Kev turns to de'Wilca. "Come, let's get some more training for you before Sean gets here, there are bound to be Wild Kawabutsu around here." He directs de'Wilca off in one direction. "I'll catch up."
