Veir closes in for an attack. Deep Core tries hard to watch the movements of the vines, looking for the right moment. That moment doesn't come as Veir Tackles Deep Core for 2 more points of damage. When Veir "hits the deck" Deep Core has nowere to weav. Confusion sets in as he goes to Tackle. He hits for 1 point of damage, the soft leaves ackig like a weak matress which he bounces off of and up higher than he's used to, catching himself back into his usuall altitude before crashing to the ground.

* Deep Core now has 6 HP, 6.5 EP *
* Veir now has 18 HP, 9.5 EP *
