Subject: An interviewer?!

The camera opens up to a familiar scene to any avid WIW fan. This is the set up for the weekly show, Rampage. But something is noticably different, it is empty. Popcorn is thrown about the floors, and the place has trash everywhere. One of the janitors is stabbing pieces of trash and putting them in a bag. The camera pans and sees one man sitting down in a random seat. The janitor sees him and rolls his eyes.

Janitor- Sir, hello sir?

The man doesn't budge. The janitor walks over to the man and lightly taps him on the shoulder.

Janitor- Sir, I'm sorry but you need to leave, we need to start tearing down.

The man still doesn't budge. Obviously getting upset, the janitor pokes him again.

Janitor- Sir! Please move or I will have to get security!

???- That won't be necessary, my good man.

The man stands up to reveal that it is Phantastik. He's wearing street clothes, and a WIW t-shirt. He is holding a bag with his wrestling gear in it, complete with costume, pictures and a pen for autographs, and so on and so forth. He looks at the janitor and smiles. The janitor smiles back.

Phantstik- I didn't scare you to bad, did I?

Janitor- Nah, don't worry about it. Just thought that you weren't permitted to be here. What are you doing here anyway? You need to get moving so you can be at the next event.

Phantastik- Actually, an interview was going to be conducted here. Joey was going to come and interview me, but I think he had to go get some comments from Matt Steele. I was waiting for someone to come along and interview me, but I guess no one is coming. I'll get out of your way if you need it.

Janitor- Well, we have a camera here, I can do the interview. How hard can it be? I know that you have a match with Vigor at Xplicit, I'll just ask you about that.

Phantastik tries to hold back some laughter

Phantastik- Man, that is really big of you! I don't know how much you get paid now, but I'll see to it that you get more! Double duty you know, cleaning up crap and interviewing. All in a days work for the super janitor!

Janitor- You know I have a name, it's R-

Phantastik- Whoa, I don't mean to be a complete jerk, but I don't need to know your name. I'll just refer to you as the janitor. You can refer to me as common wrestler if you want, I don't care, I just need some publicity for this match against Vigor!

Janitor- Alright! Well we are going to have to do this in one take, so don't mess up! *laughing* Just kidding, don't worry about it. First question, Ricochet has been talking on Vigor's behalf for a while, any responce to this?

Phantastik- I know Vigor has a mouth, I've seen him use it. I bet Vlad has also gotten to know that mouth too. But anyway, Ricochet has been doing the bad mouthing for Vigor, that's ok, doesn't change who I'm fighting or what I'll be fighting for. The card still says, "Phantastik vs. Vigor, Television title match." And may I remind you, the fans, and Ricochet, no where on the card does it say "Ricochet." It doesn't say "Phantastik vs. Ricochet in a throw some M&M's into Vigor's mouth from the furthest distance match." Vigor is who I'm fighting, Vigor is who I need to beat, and Ricochet is a newcomer that has screwed with one of our big guys' heads.

Janitor- So what do you have to say in the way of your opponent?

Phantastik- I'm getting there man! Vigor, this Sunday there will be a guy in the ring with you trying to get your pretty weapon. That man is me, and when I pin you 1, 2, 3, I will take that pretty weapon and put it around my waist. Then I will represent everyone that watches TV. So let's figure that part in. You, a guy that wants the belt to hit people with, vs. me, a man that wants to give the belt to the fans. Because once I am champion, everyone that watches TV will be in the ring fighting whoever. Weither it's little Timmy with a cold or Grandma knitting a quilt in her rocker, they will all be in the ring with me. So at Xplicit, we will take your weapon, and we will earn the right to wear our belt!

Janitor- Strong words, from a strong man.

Phantastik- Well thanks, Mr. Janitor man!

Janitor- No problem. Lastly, what do you think of Jimmy "the Fist" Reed?

Phantastik- Big fan. He's a stand up kind of guy you know. Usually with wrestlers you say, "I wouldn't want to meet him in a dark alley!" But with Jimmy it's different. He would show you to the main road and give you a ride half way to your destination! I would have no one else keeping my old belt for me. Who knows, that old belt may actually have a place here in the WIW sometime.

Janitor- Whoa, look at the time, I got to get cleaning!

Phantastik- Hey thanks for the interview. It was cool of you. I'll see you later

Janitor- No problem. See ya.

Phantastik and the Janitor turn their separate ways and start to walk away. The janitor then turns around.

Janitor- Oh one more thing!

Phantastik-Yeah?

Janitor- Good luck!

Phantastik smiles at the janitor and gives him a nod. The janitor nods back as the two continue walking. The screen fades to black.
