Subject: IMy condolences are sent to the family

I was just looking for my maiden name, which is Hielscher and ran into this website, and was truely amazed to find other Hielscher's names still existing. My dad was Richard Lee Hielscher, and passed away in 1968 of melanoma cancer at the age of 33 years old. I have 2 brothers, one is my twin named Dennis and the other Allen. My mothers name is Doris Ann Longtin, since the death of my father she has been married to Vern Longtin for 36 years. I know my dad's name was Lutz, before his dad Fred Hielscher, resided in Frazier Park, California, adopted him when he was married to Lillion. I do not know if we are related, the existing family of Bill, but I was really surprised to pull up my maiden name, since you don't hear of it very often or any at all. Again, I am sorry for the loss of Bill, and if you would like to respond to any of this that sounds familiar to you, please do. Sincerely, Mrs.Denise Phillips (Hielscher) Oklahoma. Also, I had an great uncle named John Hielscher and his wife for many years was named Birdie.
